While we certainly don’t expect you to detail the car before we arrive, it would be really helpful if you take your belongings out of the car. At least remove large items/baby seats, anything that you miss we usually place in the centre console or the glove box. Unless it’s too large of course.
Other than that, just be sure there is access to electricity and water for us.
Officially our hours are 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. With booking’s also taken for Saturday’s when booked in advance.
This doesn’t mean that we can’t start on your car until 9am, or that we’ll pack up and leave the second it hit’s 5pm. Between these times is when we are actively monitoring the phone’s, however our email inbox is often monitored much later.

Yes, we sure are! Shine Obsession is insured for up to a 1 Million Dollars in damages, through Allianz, a very reputable provider. Best of all, we’ve never used a cent of it and we don’t plan to!
As Shine Obsession is a mobile service, we find most of our customers have already moved their car to their preferred location for us.
We will always ask your permission to move the car, as some prefer to move the car themselves. We get it, we are car lovers after all.
We make payment easy by offering a range of payment method’s, we currently accept;
We do not have any extra charges for use of our eftpos terminal.
Shine Obsession is a mobile service, we serve the entire Mornington Peninsula and just a bit further up to Parkdale.
